12 months in Mentana to discover the real value of volunteering
The main task of the volunteers will be supporting the organization in all the activities, according to the needs.
At the beginning of the project each volunteer will try to experiment every activity carried on by the organization.
Then, according to the needs and motivation/skill of the volunteer, it will be possible to follow more in depth one or more than one of the activities.
Possible activities the volunteer will be involved in:
– Following the activities of the social housing and social communication
– Helping kids and young people with homework
– Ideate and manage entertainment and educational activities for kids and young people
– Support the work in the social and multifunctional farm of the organization
– Support in Training courses on nutrition and home nutrition management
– Educational and social inclusion projects for people with disabilities
– Support to the radio and newspaper created and managed by young people
